Biography

Shenina Aheebwa is the Chief Operations Officer & Country Manager, Human Capital International, Uganda. She joined the HCI team with a great wealth of experience in Financial Management, Business Computing and Administration, Network Operations and Real Estate Franchise Management. Shenina worked as a General Manager at RE/MAX Advisors, a real Estate Franchise.

Shenina believes in hard work, Creativity, professionalism and respect as pillars to her career growth. She prides herself in brand awareness and Innovative Resources Management and Monitoring for Organizational Growth. A graduate of Uganda Christian University – Mukono and Uganda Management Institute, Shenina’s vision is to make the HCI brand a household name in Uganda and in East Africa.
