Biography

Hon. Joseph Osei-Owusu is a lawyer by profession and long-standing politician. He currently serves as the First Deputy Speaker for the 8^th Parliament of the republic of Ghana and a member of Parliament representing the people of Bekwai in the Ashanti region of Ghana.
