Biography

Dr. Fiona Mulira is a Senior Lecturer in the department of Human Resource Management at Makerere University Business School (MUBS), Uganda. She researches and consults in the areas of human resource management, entrepreneurship, education, and sustainable development among marginalized and vulnerable groups (PwDs, Women, Youth and Former Child Soldiers) and has various journal, report and conference publications. Fiona is a Fellow of both the GCRF (Global Challenges Research Fund) and SASIE (South African PhD Partnering Network for Inclusive Growth through Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship). Her projects include Frugal Innovation in Uganda (British Academy International.

Fiona also serves as a Location Pastor with Worship Harvest Ministries, a movement of the gospel, discipleship and mission that exists for the purpose of catalyzing Spiritual, Social and Economic Renewal in our Immediate Communities and as a result, the World.
