Biography

David Ofosu-Dorte is the founder and Senior Partner of AB & David Africa, a panAfrica business law firm with independent offices in six (6) countries and a network of firms in 24 African countries. His experience cuts across about three (3) decades of lead advisory role in public policy development and implementation, infrastructure deal structuring, construction contracts advice, public-private partnerships (PPPs), project finance and the power sector.
