He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Future Leaders Group, a financial, Youth Development, Properties and Human Capital development focused Business entity. <\/span><\/p>\n

Emmanuel has over twenty years of experience in the design and implementation of human potential Development, strategic Leadership and business start- up modules, consulting for private and public sector Institutions including international development agencies. <\/span><\/p>\n

He has very strong leadership skills, and a knack for helping to developing the next generation of African\u2019s young entrepreneurial leaders.<\/span><\/p>\n

He has authored fourteen best Selling books, and several training modules on Customer Service Architectural development, Strategic Leadership and personal development on DVD and audio CDs. <\/span><\/p>\n

Emmanuel has also pioneered the establishment of a number of enterprises and organizations including the Foundation for Future Leaders International, The Future Leaders Investment Microfinance Limited, PENT Asset and Wealth Management Ltd., and the Human Capital International.<\/span><\/p>\n

Emmanuel has received several awards including the Millennium Excellence Award (Inspirational Category), Goodwill Ambassador for Prosperity for Africa by the African Heritage Society in South Africa.<\/span><\/p>\n

He is also the proud winner of the 2014 Roger Nzaba Foundation Award based in South Africa for selflessness and Integrity.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2014 He was also appointed Fellow of the Board Room Institute of the School of Governance and Leadership in Ghana.<\/span><\/p>\n

He has also been endorsed as Young Professionals Role Model in Youth Empowerment and Development by The Young Professionals Youth Coalition Initiative.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2017 he was inducted by the West African Nobles Forum as a noble for being an eminent West African who upholds the virtues of integrity, honesty and Accountability.<\/span><\/p>\n

Emmanuel in 2018, was also appointed as a global Ambassador for the promotion of human dignity and sustainable livelihood by the African Rights Initiative International <\/span><\/p>\n

He serves on a number of Boards including the National Youth Authority, Glico Master Trust Scheme, The Gold Money Market Fund, Self-Search Company Limited and the OKF Foundation.<\/span><\/p>\n

He completed his first degree in Psychology with Sociology from the University of Ghana, a Master\u2019s Degree in Leadership and Governance from the Ghana Institute of Management and Pubic Administration, Master\u2019s degree of Applied Business Research from the Swiss Business School, Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the Insurance college of Ghana and Advanced Diploma in Youth Development from the University of Ghana. He is currently a Doctoral Candidate with the Swiss Business School. <\/span><\/p>\n

Emmanuel is married with three children.<\/span><\/p>\n
